Attention: Retinol may sometimes lead to skin irritation, redness, and peeling, especially around
the eyes and mouth. This usually happens during the initial stages of use while the skin is still
building tolerance to the product. However, with regular use, the skin will become more
accustomed to the Retinol, and these side effects will likely diminish over time.
Patch test before use:
Patch testing before use is advised: It is always a good idea to patch-test a new product before
using it. Apply a small amount of the product to a small area of the skin for ten minutes. This
will help you determine if you are sensitive to the product. If you experience severe irritation,
hives, swelling of the eyes and mouth, blistering, or difficulty breathing, stop using the product
immediately. Rinse the affected area and consult a physician right away.
